The West Midlands Networking Company are working on a new grant scheme to help a small number of people, mainly in remote rural areas, who still can't get Broadband. Based on the RABBIT grant scheme (Rural Access Broadband Inclusion Trial)for small and medium sized businesses the scheme and will offer small, one off, grants to contribute towards non mainstream connection for individuals or clusters of people who can't access Broadband services.
