The West Midlands Networking Company has met with BT confirming details for the Rural Broaband access Project for the 24 target exchange areas in the West Midlands, 20 in the South West and one in the East Midlands. All the exchange enablement dates have now been confirmed. The BT Broadband checker has been updated with all the dates, as has the wmnc.org.uk website. A marketing campaign is being planned for the West Midlands area with BT Wholesale and the ISPs to promote the advantages of broadband in line with the roll out dates.
